He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Fessler and Dorothy Fessler (Farrow); his parents-in-law, Ruth Willis (Glen) and Paul Paine; and his brother-in-law Gary Paine.

He is survived by: his wife Judy Paulette Paine; his son Chad Fessler (Tonya); his grandchildren, Sierra Strand (Tyler), Alex Fessler, Keagan Fessler, Makia Fessler (Bailey Miller), Trinity Lumley, Zachary Doss, Kaylee Truax-Fessler, Taleigha Fessler, Harmoney Fessler, Ja'Laura Fessler, Daniella Fessler, RJ Truax-Fessler, Cody Truax-Fessler, Tryston Fessler and Braydon Fessler; his son Brian Fessler (Amy); his grandchildren, Kaylea Fessler and Sharli Fessler; his great grandchild Briella Muller; his brother David Fessler (Fran); his nephews, Troy Fessler and Cory Fessler (Nikki); and his niece Jodi Andresen (Mike). He is also survived by numerous cousins, other relatives and friends.
