He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Russell and Eva Bieber (Barlow); his brothers, Kenneth, Phillip and Garfield; his half-brother Donald Kundert; his sisters, Marian, Evelyn, Mildred and Jeanne; and his half-sibling Jose.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Whitaker of Clear Lake; his sons, Mark Bieber of Clear Lake and Tom Bieber (Lisa) of Clear Lake; and his great grandchild Roe Fox.
Memorials may be given to Galilean Lutheran Church or One Vision, both in Clear Lake.
