As Nancy departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Nancy. Though Nancy may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Dougan and Ella Dougan (Heimbuch); and her brother Richard Dougan. She is survived by: her husband Gary Frahm; and her children, Debbie Reichow (Alan), John Frahm and Lori Frahm (Matt Chester). She is also survived by many siblings, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (112 N 4th St, Clear Lake, IA 50428).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Zion Lutheran Church in Nancy's memory.
