She is survived by: her daughter Jodi Strait of Ankeny; her granddaughter Briana Johnson (Alec) of Ankeny; her great grandchildren, Riley and Hayden; her granddaughter Emalea Strait of Kansas City, MO; her son Douglas Heims of Cedar Rapids; her granddaughter Hayley Heims of Cedar Rapids; her daughter Julie Bogle (Shawn) of Clear Lake; and her sister Sue Brewer of Clear Lake. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
