He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Kramer and Ella Kramer (Priepke); and his cousins, Gary and Bruce Lockhart. He is survived by: his wife Robyn Kramer of Clear Lake; and his cousins, Dorothy Lawrence of Ogden, UT and Ann Lockhart of Denver, CO..
