He was predeceased by: his parents, William Slepicka and Martha Slepicka (Hebel); and his brother Francis Slepicka (Kathleen). He is survived by: his aunt Ann Hebel; and his nieces, Stephanie Shipp (Kenneth) of Alexandria, VA, Paula Hovan (Michael) of Crofton, MD and Antonia Antonucci (John) of Vienna, VA. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.

Epiphany Parish asks all to wear face masks at Mass and visitation.
