We are sad to announce that on June 26, 2021, at the age of 95, Joan Olson of Clear Lake, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John C. Jodan and Ruth A. Jodan (Scheibe); her spouse Dale D. Olson; her sons, Rick and Marty Olson; and her brother-in-law Don Hewitt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Peggy Malek (Bob) of Garner, Lori Copley (Herb) of Clear Lake and Julie Lechner (David) of Clear Lake; her grandchildren, Mike Roberts, Ryan Roberts, Jaime Copley, Kerri Dusanek, Nicole Hennigan, Ashley DeGeeter, Dan Budd and Spencer Olson; her great grandchildren, Gage, Max, Ella, Macy, Keaton, Gabby, Harper, Drew, Elliott, Elsa, Shade and Jayda; her great great grandchildren, Cecilia and Hadley; her siblings, Robert Jodan (Lin) of Oronoco, MN and Patricia Hewitt of Waterford, WI; and her daughter-in-law Pam Olson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
