Jeffrey Giesman Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 3, 2021, at the age of 49, Jeffrey Giesman of Clear Lake, Iowa, born in Knoxville, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Joyce Macklin; and his brother-in-law Tim Macklin. He is survived by: his parents, John Giesman and Sharon Giesman (Eisenhauer) of Buffalo Center; his wife Vanessa Macklin; his daughter Kylie of Clear Lake; his parents-in-law, Jerome and Roseanne Macklin of Redfield; his siblings, Ed Giesman of Denison and Cindy Dontje (Ben) of Forest City; his brothers-in-law, Ryan Macklin of Redfield and Kevin Macklin (Lindsy) of Redfield; and his nieces and nephews, Nick, Jenna, Amanda Dontje, Tyler Kirkman-Macklin, Calvin, Lilly, Cooper and Piper Macklin. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to the Jeff Giesman Memorial Fund which will be distributed at the discretion of the family.
