She is survived by: her grandson Dakota; her husband Keith Reason; her children, Kimberly Reason of Urbandale and Bradley Reason (Sami) of Sheffield; her grandchildren, Skylar of Sheffield, Tianna of Sheffield, Cooper of Sheffield and Lexah Reason of Sheffield; and her sister Joan Carey of Winterset, IA..

Family suggests memorial contributions to MercyOne North Iowa Hospice or Access Incorporated of Hampton, where her grandson, Dakota, resides.
