She is survived by: her parents, Larry Hoffman and Lorraine Hoffman (Smith); her siblings, Scott Hoffman (Amanda) of Pleasantville, IA and Wendy Mills (Tom); and her nieces and nephews, MacKenzie Hoffman of Chariton, IA, Kaylee of Pleasantville, Emma Hodnefield of Pleasantville, Tristan of Pleasantville, Tate Hoffman of Pleasantville, Mark Ostroot (Sarah), Alexandra "Alex" Ostroot (Curtis Telsrow) of Colona, IL, Konner Mills (Jenna Grimmius) of Mason City, Nick Mills (Ashley) of Mason City, Brayden Mills of Mason City, Kiara Mills, Jerry and Emrie Mills.
