She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Hollatz and Bertha Hollatz (Bohn); her husband Raymond Harms; her siblings, Melvin Hollatz, Edna Albers, Alma Reed, Edith Poohl and Pearl De Groote; and her granddaughter Jennifer Harms.
She is survived by: her children, Claudia Harms, Fort Dodge, James Harms (Joan) and Donald Harms (Mary); her granddaughters, Katie Lyons (Erin), Nicole Metcalf (Cole), Marie Ott (Matt) and Christine Struecker (Bill); and her sisters, Ethel Schoenwetter, Stella Lemke and Ardith Toppin (Wayne). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to the Heart Association, MercyOne North Iowa Hospice or Zion Lutheran Church, Clear Lake, IA.
