She was predeceased by: her parents, Olga Holland (Helland) and Herman Holland; her husband Winfred Salisbury; her son-in-law Dr. Michael Fredericks; and her sister Miriam Jodan.
She is survived by: her daughter Monica Fredericks of Clear Lake; her grandchildren, Michell Fredericks (Barb) of Tucson, AZ and Marty Fredericks (Ann); and her great grandchildren, Ava and Emily. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
