It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Frances Kappmeyer of Clear Lake, Iowa, who passed away on September 26, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustav Otto and Elsa Fredrika Boeckman (Struck); her husband Harold Kappmeyer; her siblings, Verla Bergman, Lavonne Zimmerman and Valgene Boeckman; and her son-in-law Jim Copley.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Copley of Jackson, MN, Allan Kappmeyer (JoAnne) of Clear Lake, Lynn Kappmeyer of Clear Lake and Brian Kappmeyer of St. Peters, MO; her grandchildren, Nikki Copley, Dan Copley (Sadie), Libby Malone (Chris), Marc Kappmeyer (Tera), Jacob Kappmeyer (Heather) and Serina Coleman; her sister Karen Bolte (Vern) of Tripoli, IA; and her brother-in-law Paul Zimmerman of Cedar Falls. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
