It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald Pinkele of Clear Lake, Iowa, who passed away on February 10, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Pinkele and Geneva Pinkele (Gearhart); his son Adam; his brother Douglas; and his sister-in-law Rose Herrmann.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Jeanette Nelson; his son Andrew (Caitlin); his grandchildren, Samantha, Jolet, Corbin, Kaiser and Elara; his sister Donna Gonzalez; and his siblings-in-law, Jeanine Pinkele, Eileen Nelson, Debbie Nelson, Jim Nelson, Art Nelson, Mike Nelson and Merlyn Nelson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Clear Lake United Methodist Church (508 2nd Ave N, Clear Lake, IA 50428). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Muscular Dystrophy in his memory.
