He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Deike and Winnie Deike (Dannen) of Robertson, IA.; his wife Carol Watermiller; his sisters-in-law, Mildred Deike, Lois Deike and Cheryl Deike; and his close friend Pete McLaughlin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Roxanne Roberts (Troy) of Clear Lake, IA and Nancie Clark (Ryan) of Duncanville, TX; his grandchildren, Jacob Roberts, Victor Cobra, Sicily Roberts, Austin Roberts, Josiah Clark, Jenna Clark, Jadyn Clark and Justin Clark; his great grandchild Syus Duane Roberts; his siblings, Lola Barrick (Frank), James Deike, Leroy Deike, Roger Deike, Wanetta Leege (Ray), Marlin Deike (Diane), Evonne Lents (Dale) and Alvin Deike (Sue); and his sister-in-law Lois Watermiller. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great friends.
