David Duane Hopper Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 25, 2021, at the age of 70, David Duane Hopper of Clear Lake, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Hopper and Marjorie Hopper (Taylor); and his grandson David Holtan Hopper. He is survived by: his daughter Annalisa Marie Miner (Hopper) of Mason City; his wife Linda Hopper (Hanson) of Clear Lake; his son David Matthew Hopper (Mary) of Clear Lake; his grandchildren, Sierra Miner, Corey David Miner, Holtan Hopper and Clara Hopper; his siblings, Richard Hopper (Connie) of Wallingford and Carolyn Knop (Greg) of Nevada; and his siblings-in-law, Bennett Hanson (Kay) of Ankeny and Sonja Hanson of Ankeny. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and life-long friends.
The family suggests memorials be directed to the Michael J. Fox Parkinson's Research Foundation, Galilean Lutheran Church or plant a tree in his memory.
