He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Henley and Esther Henley (Pohl); his wife Shirley Henley; his grandson Travis Henley; and his brother Robert Henley.
He is survived by: his former wife Shirley O'Brien; his children, Jeff Henley (Linda) of Stout, Brian Henley (Michelle) of Aurelia, Greg Henley of Miller, Steve Henley of Clarksville, Iowa and Renee Quastad of Swea City, Iowa; and his grandchildren, Patrick Henley, Terance Henley, Shawn Henley, Megan Hoffert and Matthew Guillaume. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
