He was predeceased by: his mother Marie Ida Dilly (Landers); his wife Maxine Lucille Scribner; and his father Harvey Dilly. He is survived by: his children, Barbara Dilly of Shell Rock, Marcella Best of Omaha, Lorraine Hamel (Ron) of Madrid, Lois Miller (Michael) of Waterloo and David Dilly (Loreli) of Shell Rock, Iowa; his grandchildren, Michelle Gibilisco, Joshua Dilly (Melanie), Erika Flynn (Matt), Ashley Bohnenkamp (Tony), Evan Hamel (Dayna), Dainen Dilly (Denise) and Landon Miller; and his sisters, Louise Kollman of Waverly and Vada Luhring of Grundy Center, Iowa.. He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
