He is survived by: his parents, Gary Michael and Jacqueline Fay McCully (Newsum) of Traer, Iowa; his wife Shelley Jane Sinram of Clarksville; his son Brian McCully (Rhiannon) of Shell Rock; his grandchildren, Faith, Brior and Brynn; his son Ryan McCully (Amber) of Clarksville; his grandchildren, Issac, Chase and Paxton; his parents-in-law, Ted and Mary Sinram of Clarksville; his sisters, Sandraeline Ingle (David) of Traer, Tammy McCully of Waterloo and Cherie Klotz (Kent) of Yellow Springs, Ohio; and his siblings-in-law, Mark Sinram (Jolynn), Kelly Smith (Kendall) and Gail Sinram.
