He is survived by: his wife Annetta Jacobs; his children, Lora Wedemeier of Plainfield, Iowa and Chad Smith (Karen) of Denver, Iowa; his grandchildren, Hillary Smith (David), Gavin Wedemeier, Zander Wedemeier, Parker Smith and Brody Smith; his great grandchildren, Briella, Hattie and Henry Smith; his siblings, Vicky Hilmer of Clarksville, Mary Lay (Mike) of Mesa, Arizona, Harry Lee Smith (Donna) of Waterloo and Bill Faust (Carla) of Clarksville, Iowa; and his sister-in-law Joyce Smith (Roy) of Clarksville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
