He is survived by: his wife LaVonne Frey Vance; his brothers, Frank Vance of Clarksville, Danny Vance (Florence) of Clarksville and Tom Vance (Edna) of California; his daughters, Susan Vance of Waterloo and Terri Love (Ron) of Everett, WA; his grandchildren, Danielle Vance of Waterloo, Jon Love (Elaine) of Portland, OR and Molly Gill (Charles) of Everett, WA; and his great grandchildren, Dominic Vance, Arlo, Grayson Love, Charles IV and Alwyn Gill.
