She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Theodore and Carrie Tuitjer (Dohlman); her husband Herbert George Smoot; her grandson Quinton; her great grandchild Cody; her children, Randall Smoot of Greene, Kelvin Smoot of Waverly, Iowa, Barb Swartz of Waverly, Rebecca Haack (Dennis) of Hampton and Cheryl Waggett of Charles City, Iowa; her grandchildren, Ronald, Duane, Tony, Tracy, Denise, Christian, William, Matthew, Jesse, Lindsay, Jedidiah and Briana; and her brothers, Theodore Tuitjer (Faye) of Parkersburg and Raymond Tuitjer (Sandy) of Waverly, Iowa.. She was also cherished by 27 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
