He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren S. Severs and Anna June Severs (Pieper); and his brother William (Bill). He is survived by: his wife Dee; his children, Ella Severs of Clarksville, Laura Severs of Clarksville, Alina Waggoner (Dustin) of Grimes and Aaron Severs (Kelly) of New Hampton; his grandchildren, Susanna, Ethan, Naomi, Nathanael, Joanna Severs, Tara and Charlotte Waggoner; and his sister-in-law Mary Freese (Herb) of North Liberty. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
