She was predeceased by: her parents, Miller Clair and Alice Louella Rhoads (Shafer); her husband Dick Poland; her son Todd Poland; her brothers, Raymond Rhoads, Reid Rhoads and Richard Rhoads; her sisters-in-law, LaVonne Rhoads, Eleanor Rhoads and Arlene Poland De Foor; and her great grandchild Madisyn Ensign.
She is survived by: her sons, Tom Poland of Clarksville, Barry Poland of Clarksville, Jed Poland (Paulette) of Cedar Falls, IA and Jon Poland of St. Louis Park, MN; her daughter-in-law Teresa Poland of Clarksville; her sister-in-law Dorothy Poland of Rockwell, IA; and her nieces and nephews, Jane Ibsen, Peg Lilly and Steve Rhoads. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers - memorials may be directed to the Community United Methodist Church in Clarksville, Iowa.
