He is survived by: his former wife Donna Kelm (Harris); his children, Brian Vance (Teri), Keith Vance, Tami Vance, Chad Vance (Jennifer) and Seth Eveland (Suzy); his great grandchild Sister Elaine Bohlen (Marvin); and his caregiver Lori Anderson. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
