He is survived by: his former wife Rebecca Berry; his wife Becky Bixby of Clarksville, IA; his children, Sara Bixby (Jeff Anderson) of Silver Spring, MD, Eric Bixby (Vikki) of Allison, IA, Aaron Bixby of Waverly, IA and Megan Kaisand (Scott) of Waverly, IA; his grandchildren, Travis Anderson (Sasha), Tyler Bixby (Grace), Holly Bixby (Zack Vidmosko), Mady Bixby, Ethan Bixby (Carly), Addyson Bixby, Evan Bixby, Abram Bixby, Alivia Bixby, Jacob Kaisand and Emma Kaisand; and his siblings, Richard Bixby (Mary) of Marion, IA and Carolyn Bell of Lone Tree, IA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
