She was predeceased by: her parents, Vera Mechem and Ray Tillman. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Brinkman; her children, Kurt (Nadia), Brian and Susan (Kevin); her grandchildren, Heather Brinkman Lent (Ben), Ashley Brinkman McClure (Dan) and Lauren Kuss; and also, Liana, Jackson, Brennan Lent, Gabriel and Roman Mendoza.
They would like memorials to be directed to the Gilmore City Public Library in honor of Phyllis.
