She was predeceased by: her father Leroy Watts; her grandparents, Wilber, Blanche Watts, Frank and Elva Weir; her nephew Eric Watts; and her foster son Marcos Estrada.
She is survived by: her mother Juanita Watts (Weir); her husband Tim Purcell; her daughter Holly Birkey (Joe Wyllie); her grandchildren, Audra and Noah; her daughter Traci Lee (Daniel); her grandchildren, Carter, Grayson and Beckham; her son Jason Purcell (Amanda); her grandson Nolan; her daughter Miranda Mares (Adam); her granddaughter Phoebe; her children, Haley Purcell and Briannan Purcell; her grandchildren, Tuxley, Brooks and Landon Purcell; and her siblings, Delnita Sturtz (Doug), Renee Bisbey (Brian), Peggy Watts, Wayne Watts (Lanette) and Les Watts. She is also survived by many foster children and extended family and friends.
