She was predeceased by: her father Charles "Chuck" Etter. She is survived by: her mother Carolyn Etter (Smith) of Clarion; her husband Mark Skogerboe of Clarion; her children, Jesse Olsen (Jessica) of Maxwell, TJ, Anna Finzen of Clear Lake and Amy Skogerboe (Ryan Williamson) of Ventura; her grandchildren, Hudson, Everlee, Charlie, Emmett, Ava, Calvin, Jax, Hazel and Rick; and her siblings, Scott Etter (Kristin) of Des Moines, Julie Egli (Jim) of Palmer, Jana Soma (Darrin) of Belmond, Lonnie Etter (Samantha) of Utica, Matthew Etter (Tori) of Clarion and Jill Harrington (Brian Oliver) of Clarion. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.
