He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Morgan (Morgan); his parents, Roger Middleton and Mary Middleton; his in-laws, Ovedia Morgan, Roger Morgan, Ronnie, Shirley Morgan, John Allen and Gayle Morgan; and his siblings, Thelma Bertram, Cleo Powell, Harlan Hill, Harvey Hill, Donald Hill, Marlene Hansen, Sharon Brandt and Jon Elwood.
He is survived by: his children, Dori Johnston (Bill) of Missoula, MT, Rod Middleton (Sonya) of Eagle Grove, Melissa "Spook" Anderson (Monty) of Clarion and Clint "Punk" Middleton (Mandi) of Clarion; his grandchildren, Erik Johnston (Emilie), Maggie Lazzaretto (Frankie), Kayla Davis (Mike Canett III), Jackson Middleton, Zachary Middleton, Jacie Enabnit (Eric), Brentcint Middleton, Tarissa Middleton, Ethan Anderson (Heather), Kaia Voss (Jordan) and Morgan Middleton; his great grandchildren, Ren, Carter Johnston, Mike Canett IV, Emery, Leighton Enabnit, Hailey, Hayden Anderson, Lettie and Salem Voss; his sister Lois Comstock; and his sister-in-law Diana Morgan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
