He was predeceased by: his parents, Merrill Thomas and Bernice Thomas (Hasbrouck); and his brother Leslie Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Mary "Cookie" Elkin; his sons, Bret Thomas (Jan) and Tony Thomas (Tina); and his sister Linda Lyons (Larry). He is also survived by grandsons; great-grandchildren.
