He is survived by: his siblings, Rick, Joe and Ann; and his nieces and nephews, Clint, Katrina, Lindsey, Rick, Shelly Ristau, Dan "Zat", Whitney Zatlukal and Johnny Peterson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
