He is survived by: his mother LeAnne Belcher Lewis of Essex, IA; his partner Torri Stogdill of Clarinda, IA; his children, Paisley and Zoey; his siblings, Daniel Spangler of St. Joseph, MO and Kelsey Lewis of Shenandoah, IA; his father Michael Paul Lewis of Zephyrhills, FL; his grandmothers, Maryann Cole and Susan Dunn; and his nieces, Nadalyn Mattox and Saylah Griffin. He is also survived by numerous uncles, cousins; other family and friends.
