She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Ortez and Pat Ortez; and her siblings, Freddie Humpal, Ramona Stankiewicz and Connie Viator.

She is survived by: her husband Leroy; her children, Tammy Faughn (Shane) and Quentin Winnicki; and her siblings, Trenna Cooper, Linda Walters (Lee), Toni Ortez and Lonnie Ortez.
