He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Barbara Olenius (Williamson) of Clarinda, Iowa; his former wife Peggy Smith of College Springs, Iowa.; his wife Betsy Ann Goudie (Horel) of Clarinda, Iowa; his grandparents, Chester, Florence Olenius, Henry and Crystal Williamson; his father Robert Lowell Olenius; his stepson Matthew Dean Goudie; his grandson Henry Thomas Parkin; his children, Danuel Olenius (Lauren) of Katy, Texas, Molly Olenius of Independence, Kelly Parkin (Tom) of Bennington, Mallory Olenius of Asheville and Christy Riley (Brian) of New Market, Iowa; his grandchildren, Halle Goudie (Max Jobson), Austin Goudie (Cheyenne French), Gianna Rock, Cheyenne Riley, Chase Riley, Sylas Riley, Jackson Olenius, Casen Olenius, Marley Rae Parkin, Andi Lynn Parkin and Joey Maeve Parkin; his great grandchild Evalynn Jobson; and his siblings, Vic Olenius (Aileen) of Victoria, Texas, Valerie Bair (Randy) of Clarinda and Angela Rodgers (Richard) of Katy, Texas. He was also cherished by his kids and grandchildren.
