He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Brown and Myrtle Brown (Buttz); and his siblings, Frankie Brown, Kenneth Brown, Luella Acosta (Brown), Claudette Dye, Julia Frieze and Wanda.
He is survived by: his sister Rosetta; his sister-in-law Rita; and his brother Claude "Sonny" Brown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Community Room at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home (1221 N 16th St, Council Bluffs, IA 51501).
