She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben Mefferd and Edna Mefferd; her husband Lester Soukup; her sisters, Donnabelle Stephany and Maxine Jenkins; and her son Roger Soukup.
She is survived by: her son Richard Soukup (Linda) of Houston, Texas; her daughter-in-law Jan Soukup of The Villages, Florida; her grandchildren, Timothy Soukup, Mark Soukup (Lila) of Scottsdale and Liane (Daniel Chlebowski) of Houston, Texas; and her great grandchildren, Gabriele, Brianna Soukup and Chloe Chlebowski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their families and friends.
