He is survived by: his children, Toby Welch and Melissa Welch; his siblings, Joan Floersch and Gary Welch; his granddaughters, Amanda, Koralee Welch, Chloe Kobes and Jadica Hearn; and his great grandchild Eaden Wetzel.
