He is survived by: his wife Jamie; his daughters, Cyrinia and Serinity of Wyoming; his former spouse Gaylene; his daughters, Nicole Sainsbury (Jayson) of Coralville, Felicia Nelson (Curtis) of Shambaugh, IA and Karla Baker of Treynor, IA; his grandchildren, Makayla, Teagan, Matthew, Rinoa, Lawryn, Hayden, Elle, Paisley and Haylee; and his siblings, Mike of Michigan, Doug (Kris) of Des Moines, Jim (Luana) of Oskaloosa, Joy and Cheryl (Lisa) of Clarinda. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
