He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Fisk and Alvina Fisk; and his sister Darlene Fisk. He is survived by: his wife Lynette; his children, Jonathan Fisk (Meridith) and Laura Roose (Aaron); his grandchildren, Chloe, Anastasia, Trinity, Fides, Alleluia Fisk, Highland and Lilly Roose; his sister Beverly Wood; and his family Jesus.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Dale's honor to Concordia University Chicago Church Music Program or a food bank in your local community.
