He was predeceased by: his siblings, Eddie, Joey and Juanita (late Malinda). He is survived by: his wife Linda Armstrong; his sons, Charles Keppard, Robert Keppard (Tegan), Christoper Keppard (Michelle) and Mitchell Keppard (Erica); and his grandchildren, Kiera, Kristen, Abby, Connor and Maelynn.
