It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Hookham (Clarinda, Iowa), who passed away on April 16, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Hookham and Lula Hookham (Stiverson); his wives, Bonnie and Marcia; his siblings, Esther Kent (Elmer), Marjory Johnson (Orval), Ruth and Pete Hookham (Jane); his daughter Joyce Ann; his daughter-in-law Cathy Hookham (Shepherd); and his stepgrandson Michael Burns.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Hookham (Sandy) of Clarinda and Rosemary McCollum (David) of Lees Summit; his stepson Terry Burns (Marjory) of Clarinda; his grandchildren, Jeff Hookham (Bernadette) of Waco, Texas, Mark Hookham (Stephanie) of Dysart, Iowa, Joel Hookham (Debra) of Omaha, Nebraska, Jennifer Fine (James) of Clarinda and Joni Schmitt (Ben) of Clarinda; and his stepgrandson Matthew Burns (Nicole) of Omaha, Nebraska.. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, a niece and 2 nephews.
