He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Frank and Alice Owen (Lehman); his siblings, Patricia Bothwell (Clinton) and Ralph Owen; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Owen.
He is survived by: his wife Iris Owen; his brother Paul Owen (Kathy); and his siblings-in-law, Glenda Owen and Loren Long (Mary). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and many beloved friends.
