She is survived by: her parents, Juan Velazquez Sr. and Patricia Kane; her siblings, Marisol Jones, Juan Velazquez Jr., Farah Ortega, Blair Kane Jr. and Maile Kane-Dando; and her children, Jack Jaroam Donnelly (Teal Donnelly), Nicole Celeste Koenig (Craig Koenig), Jacob Juan Donnelly (Brooke Donnelly), Alex Colin Donnelly (Kaylee Donnelly), Maryssa Joyce Donnelly (Jeff Forton) and Zachary Joesph Donnelly. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
