Barbara Joyce Olenius Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Joyce Olenius of Clarinda, Iowa, born in Hamburg, Iowa, who passed away on June 25, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Williamson and Crystal Williamson (Jones); her husband Robert Olenius; her brothers, John and James Williamson; her parents-in-law, Chester and Florence Olenius; her son Greg Olenius; her great grandchild Henry Parkin; her sister-in-law Phyllis Williamson; and her stepgrandson Matthew Goudie.
She is survived by: her children, Vic Olenius (Aileen) of Victoria, Valerie Bair (Randy) of Braddyville, IA and Angela Rodgers (Richard) of Katy, TX; her daughter-in-law Betsy Olenius of Clarinda, IA.; her grandchildren, Lance Olenius (Kristi), Layna Olenius of Sleepy Hollow, NY, Danuel Olenius (Lauren), Molly Olenius of Independence, MO, Kelly Parkin (Tom), Mallory Olenius of Asheville, NC, Zachary Rodgers (Anna) of Katy, TX, Jenny Bair (Justin Dueck) of Ronkonkama, NY, Rachael Bair (Gavin Stever) of Fairfield and Lauren Bair of Braddyville, IA.; and her close friend Jerry Bain. She is also survived by step- child, step-grandchildren, step-great grandchild.
