He is survived by: his wife Betty Collins; his children, Paula Burnett (Howard) of Pleasant Hill, Wilbert Jr. (Mary) of West Liberty, Tina Wendt of Cedar Rapids and Justine Daisy of Tipton; and his sister Betty Larkey of Mechanicsville. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
