He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Kolar and Myrtle Kolar (Shellum); his former spouse Sheireen Shanley; his daughters, Goldie Smith (Todd Clark) of Grove City, Jennifer Hanson of Eden Valley and Carmen Kotila (Doug) of Dassel; his grandchildren, Todd Smith Jr., Tinisha Smith, Timothy Smith (Tiffany), Beau Hanson, Logan Hanson, Cole Hanson and Heather Keppers (Chris); his sister Judy Grothe (Jerry) of Zumbrota; and his sister-in-law Geneva Kolar of Walnut Grove. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
