She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Williams and Jewell Williams (Brown); her husband Dannie Fowler Sr.; her in-laws, Donna and LaVern Fowler; her siblings, Shirley Starbuck, Thelma Hicks, Junior Williams, Bob Williams, Mozella Blackmon, Rose Marie Williams and Billy Ray Williams; her sister-in-law Carolyn Herr; and her nephew Jacob Herr.
She is survived by: her children, Dannie Eugene Fowler Jr., Kyrstal Yvonne Fowler and Krystal Fowler; her sisters, Yvonne Sacco and Marcy Buckallew (Gary); and her siblings-in-law, Randy Fowler (Mary), Roger Fowler (Pam), David Fowler, James Fowler (Andrea), Kathy Edwards (Steve), Jeanne Selvy and Bea Williams.
