Joan Ervin Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Ervin of Cincinnati, Iowa, who passed away on July 17, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Zora Allen and Ruth Allen (Crawford); her husband Albert "Swede" Ervin; her grandmother Bertha Crawford; her siblings, Billy Ray Allen, Sharon Kay Allen and Joye Ritter; and her brother-in-law Grant Ewing.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Chrissy (Dusty); her children, Beau, Sharon Brice (Jack) of Centerville and Rev. Alberta Ervin of Maquoketa; her grandson Josh Brice; her great grandchild Beau Skahill; and her siblings, Donna Ewing, Clair Allen, Larry Allen (Jeanie) and Dick Allen (Jan). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family or to the Faith United Methodist Parish Scholarship.
