He is survived by: his wife Helen Helleur; his children, Dennis Helleur Jr., Tamy Samuels and Krystal Thomas; his grandchildren, Danielle Samuels, Shelby Samuels and Lukas Helleur; and his sisters-in-law, Laura Yarger and Charla Keefer (Gary).
